To answer my own question "who made the photographs" I found one by Ino Mei with the same hat, so perhaps she did the shots and then sheerfaith "customized" them. http://chicladiesrockbetter.blogspot.com/ It's written under the title, page 6, who made the pics. That's Taya Uddin.
