DAWNRAZOR COACH TRIP 2013
1. Travel plan:
First day: (Hamburg – Berlin)

about 11 km to the venue
The hotel is far away from the venue, so how does that work? Pretty easy:
The bus driver will take us at 6:00 pm from the hotel to the venue. And drive us back again. Attention: we must be back at the hotel at 12:00 pm as the driver is not allowed to drive any longer then 11 hours per day. However, I think that’s ok as the gig starts at 8:00 pm and Carl is not really known for 3 hour shows, is he?

Last Day: (Cologne)

The bus will arrive in the afternoon hours in Cologne, take us to the hotel and then it’s job is done. This is longest way to go (about 500km), but it’s Sunday and on the motorways is not much traffic.

2. How does it work?
- You book your hotel rooms on your own, see above! I’m in contact with all hotels and we have group-travel conditions. After you signed the list and payed the deposit you'll get a pm from with registrations codes to book
the hotels (better rates and conditions as if you book on your own - online now see above)
- You buy your tickets (if you like to see the band, if you just like to join the coach then there’s no need for tickets anyway … kidding)

3. The Coach
The price for the bus is: 2250 Euros (plus hotel costs for the driver, maybe 150 Euros).
If we are 30 participants, everyone has to pay about 80 Euros. If we are only 20 people everyone has to pay 120 Euros for the trip.
We can cancel the coach trip without any penalty till end of july (just in case). Later we have to pay 15% penalty fee. It’s almost not impossible to cancel the bus 1 month before the journey starts (damn expensive).
However, I had to book the trip now, and it’s done. That means also that I have to pay 25% of the costs to the coach company in the next days as a partial payment.
Below you find an attendance list, and to say it clear: this list is binding! If you join the list you're in! You'll receive a pm from me with my paypal account (or details of my bank account), and I ask you kindly to pay 40 Euros as a deposit soon. You know, like last time I don’t make a penny out of it, so I don’t want to take the partial payment completly on my own, ok? I’ll also ask you for a mobil number and email address, just in case. You’ll get a confirmation from me as soon as the money arrived. The total amount must be paid end of September. That’s ok as we know then how many people attend the trip, and so we know the price for everyone.
The coach itself is 3 or 4 star coach, with a toilet (I bet it does not work
), CD or DVD (nephilim / nuns stuff of course) and sleeping chairs. Like last time

4. What if?
What if the whole fcuk is cancelled? See above, you’ll get your money back as possible. No problem till end of July anyway.
What if we are more then 30 people? I would start a waiting list, and if we are 35 or so the price for a bigger coach is the same as for the smaller one. Max. 45 dawnrazors are possible.
What if ONE of you can’t do it after paying for the coach? Well, if someone takes your seat then it’s fine and you’ll get the money from the substitute. If not, bad luck. It’s the same with gig tickets or hotel reservation, so I think that’s fair.
What if the nephs are releasing a new great album before the trip. We need a second bus I guess

I really hope we have as much fun as last time. Looking forward to that like fcuk indeed!
