Just noticed that both XII's band camp page and the Themes for Ancients facebook page seem to have vanished. :?: I hope this is a temporary glitch.

Good news - they're back! With new posts on Facebook giving release dates for the next two singles - 4th November and 4th December!

*notworthy*

They must have been doing some temporary housekeeping that took the pages down.

Good man.

I spotted another demo: 'Comply' is excellent.

"Comply" is astounding. I can't wait to hear that turn up on an album.

XII have regained their 'band' facebook page.
'Themes For Ancients' media label will still be online.
The bands' original page was hacked and taken down by a rival band in December 2012, such was the antagonism felt merely by John's presence in the Alternative Rock scene.
John's refusal to be 'edited out' of Goth history and commitment for XII to remain and produce work that isn't a scene 'clone' does not earn endearment from many industry professionals.
Therefore it is very important to XII that recognition and thanks be given to fans for carrying this and for this reason alone, XII will be sharing new material this Autumn.
Special thanks of course to Dawnrazors & the brothers & sister - Greek Legion.
Full information on XII activities is available at the bands' sites.

Well said! *notworthy* I'd love to know who this "rival" band is... Sod 'The Scene' anyway. :)

Unfortunately, 'clones' seems to be exactly what the scene wants.

But who's the "scene" ? The listeners or the media industry ? :?:
