Re: Christmas Gig in London
nah, even if I do make it to the big smoke it will be on the Rhom-bus for their gig.
The first bit sounds like Bruce Wayne, and the second bit sounds like Batman.

I am pleased to say that the very lovely UK Cello player (and keyboardist), Joanna Quail (ex Earth Loop Recall and SonVer) will be supporting the Eden House...

Subject: Luminare Concert 8.30pm Saturday 18th December, and new album!

Dear Friends
I am so excited to be able to tell you that my new album 'From The
Sea' is currently being pressed, due for release in April 2011.
However...I will have copies available for pre-release sale in time
for the Australian tour, and also for my last concert of 2010, at the
Luminaire on Saturday 18th December! Come and grab an early copy.
The album features Will Connor on percussion, and guest appearances
from musicians you'll know well by now... It includes tracks you may
have heard live recently, also The Falconer (for which Tom Robinson
created the video on youtube) and some new material including a piece
entitled The Colour of Water, featuring the poetry and vocal recital
of Hindi poet Mohan Rana. I've met and worked with some incredible
people during the making of this album; it's a musical story I hope
you'll enjoy.
On Saturday 18th December 2010 I've been invited to support The Eden
House, at the Luminare, Kilburn, I'll be on at 8.30pm. The Eden House
is a collaborative project with members from across the globe creating
works of passion, energy and great beauty. I'm certain you will enjoy
the whole evening if you're not already familiar with their music.
This concert will be one of the last ever to be hosted by the
Luminaire. Sadly this fabulous venue is closing for good in January
2011 so please come along and enjoy the venue before it's gone - it
promises to be a great night and you can pick up a copy of 'From The
Sea' - a great christmas present for yourself or someone else...!!!
Tickets and details are in the link above - it's advisable (and
cheaper) to buy in advance.
Thank you for all your support this year, and I look forward to
catching up with you at the bar on the 18th!
With love, Jo xx

Re: Christmas Gig in London
Is Portugal (Pray Silence) the only option for a "non London" gig next year?
Bit pissed off after canceled 3 events last year which i already booked (Hamburg / Berlin / Leipzig)... they wanted to give an statement or something that else - now la kind of "information shortly" like some other particular singer / songwriter ....
