A quick message to welcome everybody who has registered at the New Gold Dawn forum, great to see so many faces on here old and new with a common bond.

The band are currently in the studio working simultaneously on a number of projects and 2011 is shaping up to be a busy year for Fields of the Nephilim.

The Ceromonies DVD and double live album will be available in various formats via a staggered release in the very early part of 2011. The initial release will be a limited edition collectors package which will shortly be made available for pre-order via the official website with a general release to follow. There will be an announcement detailing specific timings next month. Carl McCoy has apologised for the delay on this particular product, which is attributed to both the chaotic nature in which the band works and the fact that they are working on a number of concurrent FOTN studio based projects .

We have a number exciting shows to announce for the coming year which will see the band enter some familiar and not so familiar territories. The final shows of 2010 will be the German Christmas Balls which will be a great way to round off the year.

Just to throw a cynical spanner in the works... how is "early 2011" any more of a concrete release date than "second quarter 2010?"

It was, wasn't it? Maybe we're feeling better at last - and because of that more generous towards the universe?

Don't look at me. I'm still a cynical old curmudgeon. When the universe does something to warrant my generosity, perhaps I'll reconsider...
