I quite liked that Tom Jones song she did with that other band.

Anyway how long before the official site starts confirming gigs after they've actually happened?

Confirming gigs after they haven't happened would be even better... and would be a nice wind up

"And lo, it came to pass that when the arc of Saturn enmeshed with the portentous date of August 29th 2009, a date that all members of the order of the 24th moment will doubtless find to be of the greatest significance, the Nephilim descended once again upon the stage of the Shepherds Bush Empire: new songs were unveiled, ghosts were laid to rest, and all who witnessed this unique event declared it unanimously to be the Nephilim's single greatest triumph."

Wouldn't that be a hoot

Oddly enough it's surprising the amount of bands around on Myspace that do actually resort to outragious bullshit, or at the very least massive exageration. One "band", that shall remain nameless, according to thier Myspace sell out every gig and are greeted with adulation everywhere they play! Even a gig I was at where there was me, the other bands on the bill, a man and his dog.

Funny that!

Me and Charlie Silver once saw Rubicon in Glasgow, with about six other blokes and a dog!

How do they get in?

Damn, is this east midland airport close to Birmingham? Seems like Ryan air is the only solution for Polish people to come and see nephs.

In terms of getting ther it is eminently doable, Birmingham International would be a billion times more convenient arriving. Walk off plane - arrive at NEC (ish). Leaving afterwards? Book a hotel. Travel links in the UK on a Sunday night are non-existant. If you don't have a perfectly timed flight from Birmingham I then you ain't going nowhere.

As suggested in other threads - if you can fit it in then the meet up at the Giffard in Wolverhampton on Saturday will be a blast *smoking*
falling from ecstasy...
...amongst other things
