Subject: The ICA Concert and The Tabernacle

Dear friends,

I hope this finds you well and peaceful in your own part of this changing world.

I am writing to let you know about two concerts I am playing, the first this Friday the 25th Feb at the Institute of Contemporary Art, Pall Mall, London. I'm playing at 9pm, it is free entry and there will be many varied performances from UK contemporary artists, so it would be a great chance to come and see all manner of entertainment throughout the day and the evening. The event continues over the weekend, and some very good friends of mine will be performing on saturday as well, 2pm, so why not make a weekend of it? Here's the website http://www.ica.org.uk .

On the following Friday, the 4th March (March already!) I will be performing at the Tabernacle, Powis Square, Notting Hill London http://www.tabernaclelive.com . I will be on stage at 8pm, supporting Tallulah Rendall's album launch 'Alive'. It's a superb venue and promises to be an eclectic night! As you know, I'll also be playing with Tallulah, and it will be a chance to see some of the tracks we've serenaded the Australian audiences with! Tickets are £15 in advance, £20 on the door, however I can offer you a discount of £10 on the door if you email me your name please in advance.

At both events there will be copies of my new album 'From The Sea' available for purchase. You can grab an early copy from my website if you like, here's the link: http://www.joquail.co.uk . I'm still finalising details for the release concert, I'm thinking of a lovely church in Stoke Newington, do you think that's a good idea? Or somewhere more 'central' perhaps? I'm emailing you as you are my friends and supporters, and so your opinion matters. The lauch concert will have solo cello, and I'm planning a big finale with some familiar faces - I'm very excited!!

Thank you as ever for your energies and your support, and I look forward to seeing you soon,

Jo xx
Yours, aye!
