I LOVE both What Starts, Ends and Room 101 - I thought that WSE was more of a Nephilimy album, just with with a new singer - but I think R101 was a lot darker and more intense, less song orientated and more atmospheric.
I can't stand high pitched whiney metal singers either... yet I never had a problem with Andy Delaney, always thought he had a more bluesy voice - more Eddie Vedder than Axl Rose.
In a way, it was sad that the first aborted Nephilim reunion happened not longer after Room 101 (and Zoon for that matter) - then we might have got another album out of each act!

I could send it to you by email via Yousendit.com, although I beefed up the sound on my version because the volume was too low for my liking Also mine are converted to AAC files for my ipod so if you want me to convert them to mp3's for you I'd be more than happy. Pm me if you want them.

NB. The ones on the German site seem to be much cheaper.

Has anyone got the single of 'On Your Side' as I'm very curious to know what it sounds like because I've heard a lot of people say that the single version is way better than the album version.

Re: Rubicon
Does anyone know something about the song "Chains are gone"? It's up on their myspace-site. I quite like it, nice rhythm section (naturally ), is it from a single or something?

Re: Rubicon
thanks for posting the Rubicon myspace. Have been there before, but had completely forgotten about it. Now spending an evening listening to the old tunes. Man, they were such a great band.
