No suggestions from me, except to keep up the good work! Since the world of The Sisters seems a bit stalemate, this makes for a nice change, since McCoy and the boys (whoever they may be) still seem to be creatively active in an interesting way whereas Eldritch more or less seems to have cached his last cheque. Also, there appears to be a lot of loose ends regarding FOTN, past, present, and future.

Nekyia: Ahh.. how could I forget about Nephilim? Let's say.. 1500!? In about a month for Big Si and maybe three-four years for the rest of us. :mrgreen:

Mugabe: Thanks, I was feeling the same about Sisters, and the Nephilim have always been my second choice so I thought why not.. and not to talk about the lose ends! If you thought Von was mystical, then it's nothing compare to Mr McCoy.

Now I have some suggestions!

1. Create a feedback section beneath "Site news" for bug reports, suggestions, etc.

2. The site needs a nice "favourite icon" for the address field/bookmarks list. I made a few, there's only so much you can do with 16x16 pixels. Maybe one of them will do until someone makes a proper one.

Image

located at

http://www.kurtz.se/neff/favicon1.ico
http://www.kurtz.se/neff/favicon2.ico
http://www.kurtz.se/neff/favicon3.ico
http://www.kurtz.se/neff/favicon4.ico

respectively. All it takes is to insert the following piece of code between the <head> and </head> tags on the main page:

<LINK REL="SHORTCUT ICON" HREF="favicon.ico">

after the selected .ico file has been selected, renamed just "favicon.ico" and uploaded to the site root.

i found that i had to revise my rankings as HL grew... luckily HL's "editorial stance" meant i could be arsey enough to just demote everyone when i upped the limits :twisted: :lol: :D

oh yeah, and icon #3 :!: 8)

I like favicon No. 1 as well;

In fact, is it possible to have a number of board styles (like at Heartland) so that the user could choose which FOTN era they wanted to see the board in?

Or am I asking too much?

Probably. I toyed with the idea of PHPing my site to make it easier to update/administer, but it all stalled after I took a look at the complicated coding... :shock:

So *notworthy* *notworthy* *notworthy* for doing this and feel free to ignore my request if it's too much work...

Limur: I've been working on another theme, a Nephilim-stylish theme with red and light brown colors - and I want it to look old, a bit like leather. But it's a lot of work and I haven't got the time to do it right now so it will have to wait.

3 against 2 on the favicons votes. I might considering change to no 1 then.. Maybe. *whistle*
