Nah.Not enough Brecht tunes or Swiss folk songs *whistle*
I like TYG. Mad as fcuking lorries but still ace. I can't say I've heard them play anything remotely like Zoon though.

Agreed!

Agreed! (*slightly less sure*)

Agreed! (*utterly convinced this time, and reaching out for a bottle of brandy and a mini and humming to himself "With a Little Help of My Friends" rather loud*)

It is a good thing when an album polarizes the fans to the opposite camps. Much better than "oh, it is okay.." comments. Atleast it creates passion.

Which is precisely why my Zoon poll only had two choices; there's no grey areas in the world of Zoon! :D

and all the better for it!

Although, "September Song" at Reading Festival is one of the best performances I've heard of any song, ever.

Think "Longue Route" or "The Night Dance"... though it's fair to say that Zoon is more like TYG than TYG are like Zoon. If that makes any sense.

Me too due to a date with Jack Daniels and death metal last night :D
Great stuff: Necroticism: Descanting the Insalubrious – Carcass;'Corporal Jigsore Quandary' is the best song of them IMHO

squishy : I was a 'good girl' 4 you, as you ask nicely...and edit all about death metal, you are right we do not want to go there again, and that is FotN Dawnrazor forum.
Only metal we talk about here should be 'Spagetti Metal' 8)

Some of my favourite metals are Titanium, Silver, Tin and Lead, for what it's worth...

Then they would have listened to it, decided it was a crock of Richard the third, gone to the pub, got pissed, told Carl to fcuk off again, got a singer that wasn't Andy Delaney and made a good Rubicon album.

…I like your version… *smoking*

Oh, and I don't want to go pedantic or anything, but how is it that every unrelated thing has to be called "industrial" ? Even The Young Gods (who somehow inspired this "industrial metal" thingie) sterred away from it. Marylin feckin Manson is NOT industrial ! Neubauten, early Laibach, and now In Slaughter Natives are industrial ! It's not "I don't know what it is, so let's call it industrial, it will look better !" And as far as Rammstein and its gazillion clones (hence copy of a copy, since Rammstein ripped off Laibach circa "Jesus Christ Superstar", but that's another sad story for another sad day), I think the "Neue Deutsche Härte" tag fitted better. Though it will sell better as "metal". (I even saw someone call QNTAL "melodic metal". Yeah, and Britney Feckin Spears is punk rock…)

Of course, basically, labels don't count, good music does, but nonetheless…

Or I'm just being a kunt…

P.S. Oï Welshbiker ! Where have you been mate ?

But not everyone likes it. Which they're quite entitled not to. I don't really like Elizium that much either.

Is there a point to this? Probably not. I'm having a fecking beer anyway.
You know how to end a discussion, don't yer, mate ? *smoking*
